them kids

them parents of my kids in school were wonderful! them inspire me to teach better. when just the other day, i thought of looking for a different job.

tonight was our school's open house. i felt nervous and apprehensive at first. i was even hoping nobody would turn out. i'm glad i was not granted that wish. tonight made me renew my commitment to teaching. seeing the parents gave me a fresher perspective about dealing with my kids. now, everytime my kids step in the four corners of the class room -- i will see his father, his mother, his brother, his sister, his family. i will see where he came from. and i will guide him to where he wants to go...to a brighter future.
